Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or distance) energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic alignment. In each 60-minute session, healing energy is channelled to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Pet Reiki

Animals are highly sensitive to energy and often respond deeply to Reiki. Pet Reiki sessions can support your companions emotional well-being, reduce stress and help with physical healing.

Private Group Sound Baths

Private Group Sound Bath (60 Minutes)

Gather your community for a deeply restorative 60-minute sound bath, customized to your group’s intentions. Using the healing tones of the crystal alchemy bowls, this immersive experience helps calm the nervous system, release stress, and bring the body and mind back to balance. Whether for a special event, wellness gathering, team reset, or intimate celebration, this private session is designed to create a sacred space of peace, connection, and inner alignment. Mystic Align was born from nearly 30 years of working on the front lines of healthcare. As a registered nurse, I’ve spent decades caring for others—witnessing firsthand the deep toll that stress, chronic illness, and disconnection from self can take on the body and spirit. I saw how many people were over-reliant on medications, yet never truly finding the wellness they were seeking.

This work opened my eyes to a deeper truth: healing isn’t just physical. It’s energetic. It’s emotional. It’s spiritual. And most of all — it comes from within.

Mystic Align is my offering to those ready to reconnect with their innate ability to heal. Through sound healing with crystal singing bowls and Reiki energy, I help guide others back into balance and alignment— supporting the body, mind, and spirit to return to a natural state of harmony.
